摘要:
The innovative concept of remote tower operation is where air traffic controllers provide air traffic services to airports from a geographically separated virtual tower. Compared with the traditional tower, the remote tower has not changed the content and regulations of providing the airport with air traffic service. The major changes are infrastructure and technical systems, the resulting adjustment of operational processes and methods, and human factor ergonomic adaptation. Monitoring performance is foreseen as the most promising way to increase capacity and safety. However, the nature of task properties and potential human errors in tower control are not fully understood. The research objective is to analyze the possible human errors in tower control and find out tasks determined by visual scanning. We conducted semi-structured interviews with five experienced air traffic instructors with practicing certificates working at the CAFUC. The hierarchical task analysis (HTA) is used to analyze the critical operations of remote tower controllers. The systematic human error reduction and prediction approach (SHERPA) is used to analyze the possible human errors of each task throughout the entire process. Then we make a categorized analysis to collect tasks determined by visual scanning and describe the reason and influence factors for human errors in each task. We also interviewed design experts and conduct participatory design to put forward suggestions for preventing human errors, performance improvement of tower controllers, and the optimization of human-computer interaction in the future.
2024-03-18T02:55:44ZThe effect of relaxing music on driving anger and performance in a simulated car-following taskQian ZhangYan GeWeina Quhttp://ir.psych.ac.cn:80/handle/311026/471352024-03-18T02:49:07Z2024-03-18T02:49:07Z题名: The effect of relaxing music on driving anger and performance in a simulated car-following task

摘要:
Studies have focused on the negative effects of anger on driving performance, but insufficient research has addressed intervention methods to reduce these emotional effects. This research investigated how music mitigates the deterioration of driving performance associated with angry emotions in a simulated car-following task. Forty-three licensed drivers participated in this study, and they were randomly separated into two groups: an intervention group and a control group. First, all the participants completed a car-following task involving neutral arousal. Then, both groups completed the car-following task after the anger arousal task. The intervention group drove while listening to relaxing music, but the control group did not. Driving performance and electrocardiographic data were recorded. The results showed that participants who listened to relaxing music had significantly shorter braking reaction times and greater heart rate variability (HRV) than did those who did not listen to music. Relaxing music can reduce driving anger and improve driving behavior.
2024-03-18T02:49:07ZYou must separate: How perceived importance and language intensity promote waste separationXu, YaojingZhang, Lin [Liu, Pingpinghttp://ir.psych.ac.cn:80/handle/311026/471342024-03-18T02:33:09Z2024-03-18T02:33:08Z题名: You must separate: How perceived importance and language intensity promote waste separation

摘要:
Waste threatens human health and the environment. How can we persuade people to participate in waste separation? In order to address this challenge, the present experimental study (N=280) investigated the effects of perceived importance (high, medium, low) and language intensity (assertive, non-assertive) on people's intention to separate waste based on the social influence theory and the value-identity-personal norm model. The results showed that high perceived importance and assertive language were positively and significantly associated with waste separation intention. Furthermore, the mediating analysis revealed that environmental self-identity and personal norm were serial mediators in the relationship between perceived importance and waste separation intention. Therefore, strengthening perceived importance and enhancing internalization processes (environmental self-identity and personal norm) contribute to promoting waste separation intention. The findings of this study provide both theoretical and practical contributions to promote waste separation.
2024-03-18T02:33:08ZSegmentation of Cerebral Vessels in Mouse TOF-MRA by an Attention NetworkWu, YueLi, ZhixinZhang, JinyuanYang, YishuangWang, HaimanXia, YiChen, LinJiang, YiZhao, XudongZhang, Zihaohttp://ir.psych.ac.cn:80/handle/311026/471332024-03-18T02:17:00Z2024-03-18T02:17:00Z题名: Segmentation of Cerebral Vessels in Mouse TOF-MRA by an Attention Network

摘要:
Research involving animals contributes to our comprehension of the pathology and progression of cerebrovascular diseases. Utilizing ultra-high field 3D time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography (TOF-MRA) has facilitated noninvasive, high-resolution imaging of the vasculature in mice. Despite this advancement, there is currently a lack of tools for segmenting vasculature in 3D TOF-MRA images of mice.In this study, we introduce a novel approach employing an attention network for automatic segmentation of cerebral vessels in 11.7T TOF-MRA images of mice. The proposed method was trained and evaluated using 34 TOF-MRA volumes. In contrast to other state-of-the-art segmentation networks, our method demonstrated superior completeness in capturing cerebrovascular structures. Compared with manual labeling, the proposed method achieved a Dice similarity coefficient of 85.50%. This methodology can serve as an effective tool for angiography analysis in pre-clinical studies of cerebrovascular diseases.
2024-03-18T02:17:00ZThe Impact of Personality on Bootleg Innovation of Employees: The Mediating Effect of Psychological OwnershipTong, JingChen, Yiwenhttp://ir.psych.ac.cn:80/handle/311026/471322024-03-18T02:06:43Z2024-03-18T02:06:44Z题名: The Impact of Personality on Bootleg Innovation of Employees: The Mediating Effect of Psychological Ownership

摘要:
Based on the social exchange theory, using hierarchical regression analysis and the bootstrap method, we empirically surveyed 372 employees to explore the path of personality-psychological ownership-bootleg innovation. The results showed that: 1. Neuroticism negatively predicted psychological ownership, while extraversion, openness, and agreeableness positively predicted psychological ownership; 2. Psychological ownership partially mediated the relationship between neuroticism, extraversion, openness, and bootleg innovation behavior and fully mediated the relationship between agreeableness and bootleg innovation; 3. Organizational climate negatively moderated the relationship between openness and psychological ownership, while the moderating effects of other personality traits were not significant; 4. Organizational climate moderated the relationship between openness and bootleg innovation through psychological ownership. The research findings reveal the antecedents and boundary conditions of psychological ownership and bootleg innovation and can provide a more theoretical basis for the scientific management of enterprises.
2024-03-18T02:06:44ZWork Procrastinate, Rumination and Work Recovery of Remote Workers: The Moderating Role of Mobile Phone DependenceLu, WenfeiZheng, YangleiXu, Yaoshanhttp://ir.psych.ac.cn:80/handle/311026/471312024-03-18T01:56:25Z2024-03-18T01:56:25Z题名: Work Procrastinate, Rumination and Work Recovery of Remote Workers: The Moderating Role of Mobile Phone Dependence

摘要:
Work procrastination is a big challenge for remote work. This study examined, using a within-person design, how fluctuations in daily procrastination at work are related to morning recovery level in the next workday through daily rumination in leisure time in remote working setting. Furthermore, we hypothesized that mobile phone dependence moderates the within-individual indirect relationship between daily procrastination and next morning recovery level via rumination. The results of 865 daily data records from 118 remote workers supported the mediating role of rumination and moderation role of mobile phone dependence. Specifically, daily procrastination was negatively related to morning recovery level in the next workday through daily rumination, this adverse effect was stronger for employees with higher levels of mobile phone dependence.
2024-03-18T01:56:25ZThe Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Turnover Intention: A Two-pathway ModelZhao, Haihonghttp://ir.psych.ac.cn:80/handle/311026/471302024-03-18T01:38:30Z2024-03-18T01:38:30Z题名: The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Turnover Intention: A Two-pathway Model
作者: Zhao, Haihong
摘要:
This study aims to examine the internal mechanism under which corporate social responsibility (CSR) impacts the employees’ turnover intentions. Based on the self-worth orientation theory and the social exchange theory, a two-pathway model considering the unemployment risk perceptions, CSR intrinsic attributions, work engagement, and organizational commitment of employees, was proposed and tested using an experimental manipulation method. The data of this study were obtained from 187 employees in China. The results revealed that (1) CSR had a significantly negative effect on the employees’ turnover intentions. The high (versus low) CSR led to lower turnover intentions. (2) CSR influenced the employees’ turnover intentions through two pathways. The first pathway, from CSR to turnover intention, was sequentially mediated by CSR intrinsic attribution and organizational commitment. The second pathway involved the sequential mediation of unemployment risk perception and work engagement. In conclusion, this paper combined previous psychological theories to propose a two-pathway model to demonstrate that corporate social responsibility (a macro-level factor) impacts the employees’ behaviors at the micro-level, including the pathway of motivation–evaluation and the pathway of profit–loss exchange. Therefore, the current study expanded the application of the self-worth orientation theory to include the effects of social situations on people’s behaviors and addressed the gaps in the research on the effects of CSR at the individual level. This two-pathway model provided some ideas on how CSR management practice could lead to positive outcomes for the employees of organizations.
2024-03-18T01:38:30ZAnalysis of Mindful Parenting and Child's Social Competence and Behavior with SPSS 27.0: A Mediation Chain ModelWang, Jinghuaof Chinese Academy of Sciences, Department of Psychology, 100101, ChinaZhao, Meihttp://ir.psych.ac.cn:80/handle/311026/471292024-03-18T01:28:27Z2024-03-18T01:28:27Z题名: Analysis of Mindful Parenting and Child's Social Competence and Behavior with SPSS 27.0: A Mediation Chain Model
