摘要	Assessment played the important and pivotal role in public health as well as in individual treatment. An instrument derived from bio-psycho-social model was developed to assess the overall health status. Based on the instrument, the purpose of this study was to develop a computerized self-reported health assessment system. The developed system consisted of two parts: testing system and expert interpreting system which include norm criterion system, disease early warning system and testing reports. In this article, we illustrate detailedly how to make the assessment become more accurate and appropriate. Furthermore, the superiority and limitation of computerized testing and interpreting system was discussed.
