Abstract目的了解三级甲等医院护士成就动机与职业倦怠的关系及影响因素。方法采用自行设计的人口特征及工作情况问卷、成就动机量表和Maslach工作倦怠量表对山东6所三级甲等医院的427名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士追求成功的动机为(38.69±6.16)分,避免失败的动机为(39.48±6.78)分;职业倦怠的平均标准分为(36.36±19.88)分,其中情绪衰竭维度(16.40±8.31)分,个人成就感维度(13.73±9.87)分,去人格化维度(6.23±5.87)分;追求成功与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.618,P<0.05);职业倦怠的严...
Other AbstractImplied motion is defined as extraction of motion information from a stationary photo. With low-level and high-level stimuli, researchers usually employ four paradigms (i.e., freeze-frame, passively viewing, motion aftereffect, and fMRI adaption) to investigate implied motion. The role of attention and awareness in implied motion and the memory representation of implied motion are key issues in previous studies. Researchers also focus on the various activated brain regions engaged in implied motion, including medial temporal cortical areas (MT/MST), superior temporal sulcus, and mirrorneuron system. Future studies are needed to further explore the cognitive and neural mechanisms of implied motion in order to clarify whether motion and form processing in human visual system, especially the neural network for motion from form, are dissociated or integrated.
