Other AbstractThe present study is to evaluate the effect of mifepristone on spatial learning and memory in mice. ICR mice are divided into 3 groups at random, named control group, low concentration of mifepristone group and high concentration of mifepristone group. The two mifepristone groups are injected for four consecutive days. Spatial learning and memory is tested by morris water maze. The result shows that the effect of mifepristone on spatial learning and memory in mice is selective, and it influences the total distance in learning phase and the latency in memory phase.
