Abstract目的:探索团队互依性对团队满意度和团队承诺的影响,以及领导有效性在此效应上的调节作用;方法:采用问卷法对46个工作团队(417名企业职工)进行施测;结果:互依性水平与团队满意度无关,而与团队承诺水平呈显著正相关;在领导有效性低的情况下,互依性对团队承诺的积极影响显著高于领导有效性高的情况;结论:对于组织中广泛采用的团队来说,互依性越高,成员对团队的持久性情感反应(团队承诺)越积极,团队沟通在其中起完全中介作用;在互依性对团队承诺的积极影响上,团队领导有效性存在显著的调节作用。; Objective:The effects of team interdependence on team commitment and satisfaction were examined,and the role of leadership as moderator on these effects was explored in this study.Methods:417 employees of 46 work teams in an auto production corporation were tested by questionnaires.Results:The results showed that team interdependence could enhance the level of team commitment.The different level has nothing to do with the team satisfaction.Especially,it changed significantly on low-leadership condition,while no significantly changes were found on high-leadership condition.Conclusions:The main effects of team interdependence on team commitment were significant.Team communication was the mediator variable on this effect,and leadership showed a moderating effect on the relationship of team interdependence and team commitment.
