| 摘要 | 创新文化是一个很大的概念，本文提出，中国科学院创新文化建设主要体现在管理创新之中。由此，提出了体现在管理创新中的创新文化建设的实施建议，其一，可以引入 现代管理措施如ＣＩ技术，其二，可以在致力于不断调查研究的基础上创建良好的科研氛围。在创新文化建设的评价方面，本文认为管理行为评价是创新文化建设的直接的结果 性评价之一。 |
