| Abstract | 目的 了解SARS对军队医院发热门诊医护人员心理健康的影响。方法 运用中科院心理研究所设计的心理测评量表,对全国范围内8家军队医院发热门诊和普通病房工作的医护人员进行心理问卷测评,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果发现在SARS疫情期间,8所军队医院发热门诊医护人员躯体化、抑郁2个因子评分明显高于普通病房医护人员,经t检验,有显著性差异,P<0.05; 焦虑、强迫因子得分略高于普通病房医护人员,经t检验,无显著性差异。女性医护人员焦虑,强迫因子得分明显高于男性,经t检验,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论 采用心理学研究及时了解一线医护人员的心理状态,采取相应的措施.在今后类似的突发性公共卫生事件中,保持医护人员的心理健康,并提高工作效率。 |
