  互联网的快速发展与普及给人们的生活带来了许多的娱乐和便捷，同时也带来了诸如网络成瘾这样的困扰。网络游戏成瘾是网络成瘾的主要表现之一，严重影响了人们的生活质量和心理健康，也对人们的幸福感产生了影响。主观幸福感反映出一个人的生活质量和心理健康，当前越多越多的学者把幸福感作为心理状况评价的重要指标。高职生的主观幸福感同样反映出他们的健康。但前人的研究显示，网络成瘾是影响青少年心理健康的一个重要的负面因素。为了进一步了解我国高职生、特别是民办高职生的健康状态及其幸福感，并探寻提高他们健康水平和幸福感的具体可操作的手段，本研究对高职生的网络游戏成瘾现象进行了系统研究。希望研究结果能够帮助青少年进行自我调节，摆脱网络成瘾的危害。
    本文分两个部分。研究一采用自制问卷、《大学生网络游戏认知—成瘾量表》对云南省7356 名民办高职学生的药物成瘾和网络游戏成瘾进行了测量。研究二采用《大学生网络游戏认知—成瘾量表》、《“大五”人格问卷》、《正负性情绪量表》以及《生活满意度量表》对云南省的四所民办高职院校的320 名学生的网络游戏成瘾、人格特质、幸福感进行了测量。本研究采用实证分析的方法，通过运用相关分析、回归分析等统计分析方法，对民办院校高职生的网络成瘾的情况以及对幸福感的影响进行了深入探讨，并分析了不同人格的调节作用。研究结论包括：
     1、民办院校高职生在药物成瘾，网络成瘾等方面与公办大学生有显著差异，具有重要的研究意义和价值；
    2.民办院校高职生网络成瘾率显著高于公办院校大学生；
    3.民办院校高职生网络成瘾存在显著性别差异，男性比例显著高于女性；
    4、网络成瘾与主观幸福感中的正性情绪、生活满意度呈显著负性相关；
    5、人格因素中的适应性、社交性、开放性能够负向预测高职学生的生活满意度与正性情绪，对网络成瘾高职生的主观幸福感有调节性作用；
     总体而言，本文的研究结果对于探索民办高职生网络成瘾现象有一定的参考与借鉴性，同时研究还涉及幸福感、人格特质以及心理健康教育手段，因此，本研究也具有一定的实践性意义。

The rapid development and popularization of the Internet has brought a lot of entertainment and convenience  to people's life, but also brings about the problems such as Internet addiction. Internet game addiction is one of the main manifestations of Internet addiction, which seriously affects the quality of life and mental health, and also has an impact on people's happiness. Subjective well-being reflects a person's quality of life and mental health, the more and more scholars at present to the happiness as an important indicator of psychological status. Higher vocational students' subjective well-being also reflects their health. However, previous studies show that Internet addiction is an important factor affecting the mental health of adolescents. In order to further understand the health status of higher vocational students, especially private higher vocational students, and to explore the practical means to improve their health and well-being, this study systematically studies the phenomenon of online game addiction. It is hoped that the research results can help young people to adjust themselves and get rid of the harm of Internet addiction.
This paper is divided into two parts. The drug addiction and Internet Addiction of 7356 private vocational students in Yunnan province were measured by using a self-designed questionnaire and the college students online game addiction scale. 320 the online game addiction, personality traits and happiness of five students from private vocational colleges in Yunnan province were studied by using two college students online game addiction scale, the big five personality questionnaire, the positive and negative emotion questionnaire and the life satisfaction measure. This study uses empirical analysis method, through the use of correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods, the students of Higher Vocational College Students' Internet addiction and the influence of happiness, and analyzes the adjustment of different personality. Research conclusions include:
1, private colleges and universities in the higher vocational students in drug addiction, Internet addiction and other aspects of public college students are significantly different, has important research significance and value;
2 the Internet addiction rate of vocational students in private colleges is significantly higher than that of public college students;
3 there were significant gender differences in Internet addiction among vocational students in private colleges, and the proportion of male students was significantly higher than that of female students;
4. The positive emotion and life satisfaction of Internet addiction and subjective well-being were significantly negatively correlated;
5, personality factors, social, open to the adaptability, social and open to predict the life satisfaction and positive emotions of higher vocational students, the subjective well-being of Internet addiction vocational students have a regulatory role;
Overall, the results of this study have a certain reference and reference for exploring the phenomenon of Internet addiction in private higher vocational college students, and the research also involves the means of happiness, personality and mental health education. Therefore, this study also has some practical significance.
