Abstract	目的了解SARS对军队医院发热门诊医护人员心理健康状况的影响。方法运用中科院心理研究所设计的心理测评量表 ,对 8所军队医院发热门诊和普通病房的医护人员进行心理问卷测评。结果 8所军队医院发热门诊医护人员躯体化、抑郁 2个因子评分明显高于普通病房医护人员 ,女性及护士心理状况评分高于男性及医生 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论需加强一线医护人员的心理健康保健工作 ,特别是对女性及护士给予关怀和帮助 ,以缓解其心理压力 ,使之保持积极健康的心态。

Note	To survey the influence of SARS on the mental health status of medical staff in fever clinic of military hospitals. Methods: Using questionnaire method and psychology testing table designed by Psychology Academe of Chinese Academy of Science , the medical staff in fever clinic and common ward in 8 selected military hospitals were investigated during outbreak of SARS , and the results were analyzed statistically. Results: During the outbreak of SARS , the factor analysis scores of somatization and depression in the medical staff in fever clinic of 8 selected military hospitals , were significantly higher than those of common ward , and those in women and nurses were higher than those in men and doctors (all P < 0. 05) . There was significant correlation between mental health condition and sexual or occupation(all P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: It was important to psychologize the mental health of medical staff in fever clinic. Effective mental intervention strategies should be taken to improve the level of their mental health , especially to female staff
