Study on second stage as an example, is based on the theory of the first phase as the support, the 192 production line workers using the method of questionnaire on Shandong 2 large-scale paper-making enterprises and on-the-spot investigation, statistical analysis combined with the collected data, to further clarify the paper-making enterprise production line workers' work Stress, the "big five" traits and job performance relationship.
