Abstract究目标:(1)探索挑战性-阻断性压力对心理幸福感(PWB)的影响;(2)检验社会问题解决(SPS)在挑战性-阻断性压力与心理幸福感关系间的中介作用;(3)检验组织支持(POS)对挑战性-阻断性压力与心理幸福感、挑战性-阻断性压力与社会问题解决关系的调节作用。 研究方法:以江苏省11家食宿服务企业的389名从业人员为研究对象,以挑战性-阻断性压力量表(C-HSS)、社会问题解决量表(C-SPSI-R)、心理幸福感量表(SPWB)和组织支持感量表(POS)为测量工具,采用结构方程模型、验证性因子分析、相关分析和方差分析为主要统计方法。 研究结果:(1)结构方程模型分析表明,挑战性压力对心理幸福感没有显著影响,阻断性压力对心理幸福感产生显著负面影响;阻断性压力对心理幸福感的负面影响是通过社会问题解决的完全中介作用实现的;组织支持对挑战性-阻断性压力与心理幸福感的关系、挑战性-阻断性压力与社会问题解决的关系均没有显著调节作用。 研究结论:(1)不同性质的压力对心理幸福感的影响不同。负面的阻断性压力会通过负面影响个体的社会问题解决从而消极影响心理幸福感;正面的挑战性压力不会对心理幸福感产生影响;(2)区分了压力的不同性质后,组织支持的调节作用仍不显著,可能与不符合匹配原则(matching principle)有关。
Other AbstractObjectives: (1) To investigate the effects of challenge-and hindrance-related stress on psychological well-being ( PWB ). (2) To examine the role of social problem solving ( SPS ) as a potential mediator of the link between challenge-and hindrance-related stress and PWB. (3) To examine the role of perceived organizational support ( POS ) as a moderator of the link between challenge-and hindrance-related stress and PWB, as well as between challenge-and hindrance-related stress and SPS. Methods: A sample of 389 employees from hospitality industries in Jiangsu participated in this study and completed C-HSS, C-SPSI-R, SPWB and POS. Results: Structural equation analysis indicated that hindrance-related stress had a negative effect on PWB while challenge-related stress had no effect. SPS totally mediated the link between hindrance-related stress and PWB. However, POS did not moderate the impact on PWB and SPS caused by challenge-and hindrance-related stress. Conclusions: (1)Different stresses will influence the PWB differently. The negative hindrance-related stress will negatively influence the PWB by lowering the SPS of the individual; the positive challenge-related stress will have no influence on the PWB. (2)With the distinction of different stresses, organizational support is still not distinctive on the regulation, which, to a possibly certain extent, is related to the discrepancy with the matching principle.
