Enterprise by external market benefit and internal productivity decision, internal productivity is by all employee performance of the organization, organizational atmosphere, work pressure and job burnout all can directly or indirectly affect performance of employees. These problems have began to attract the attention of the society from all walks of life.Organizational atmosphere is affecting employees job stress, Job stress is also affecting employees burnout degree, which influence the behavior of the work. In order to improve the quality of work life, improve employee organization's activities, research the relationship between the three is particularly important. And ever to research the scholars both at home and abroad, on job burnout, organizational atmosphere and other factors and two of the relationship between the two, but a lot of research on the relationship between the three. For modern organization, shall take various channel and strategies to improve organizational atmosphere, reduce the staff's job pressure, reduce the staff job burnout so as to achieve perfect organization management, improve the efficiency of the organization. By exploring the influence of organizational climate and job stress on job burnout, expect to provide many methods for enterprise managers to decrease job burnout and improve efficiency. 270 employees, belonging to five different categories private enterprises, participated in the questionnaire survey. The results are as follows: 1) The staffs from various positions had different feelings for job stress, the three relatively greatest pressure positions are production, administration and research & development; 2) Job stress, job burnout and organizational climate were significant correlation; 3) Job stress mediates the influence of organizational climate on two dimensions of job burnout, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization; Both job stress and organizational climate have no significant influence on diminished personal accomplishment. The results show that the enterprise should provide different rewarding mechanisms according to different positions, and also try to improve organizational climate, in order to reduce job stress, and relieve job burnout at last.
