本研究采用问卷调查法与实验法相结合的方式，以某部消防官兵为研究对象，以中队为单位，在爆炸后 3 个月和 9 个月对经历了爆炸的某部官兵进行了心理健康状况筛查，重点关注 PTSD症状及得分。使用修改版蒙特利尔影像压力实验范式（MIST），对与创伤后应激障碍相关的生理和行为指标进行了研究。主要目的是探讨爆炸后不同时间段消防官兵群体的创伤后应激障碍检出情况，以及生理数据和行为数据与创伤后应激障碍得分之间的关系。
得出的主要结果有：
1）爆炸后 3个月，某部消防官兵的躯体化症状得分水平较高（22.8%），PTSD检出水平略高（8.8%）；爆炸后 9个月，所有经历了爆炸事件的消防官兵，PTSD得分显著下降，但是新入伍士兵的各项心理健康水平（SCL10、CESD、PCL-C 问卷得分）均显著高于老兵。
2）实验-空白阶段 HRV的低频功率（LF）、高频功率（HF）、超高频功率（VHF）、成分在两阶段之间的变化率与 PCL-C量表的高警觉维度有中等程度相关。实验-控制阶段HRV的超高频功率（VHF）成分变化率在两阶段之间的心率变化与 PCL-C量表的高警觉成分有中等程度显著相关。
3）PCL-C 量表得分高分组和低分组之间，在实验阶段的正确反应时差异在p<0.01水平显著。SCl-10量表得分高分组和低分组之间，在实验阶段的正确反应时差异在p<0.01水平显著， 
根据以上研究结果，得出在遭受到重大应激事件后，消防官兵群体体现出了
较强的心理恢复能力，生理数据和行为数据上的结论，也支持了这一观点。本研究验证了心率变异性的频域指标与 PTSD症状得分的相关性，也体现了行为指标在不同心理健康状况人群之间的区分度。

This thesis  using  both questionnaire investigation  and experimental methods, chosen the 3 months and 9 months after the explosion as time points, take a department of fire fighters as the research object, each squadron as a unit to complete the research. Take the PTSD symptoms as the focus, using the m-MIST, studied the physiological and behavioral indicators associated with posttraumatic stress disorder.  The main objectives are:  First, explore the detection rate of post-traumatic stress disorder of firefighters after the Tian-Jing 8•12 explosion. Second, discuss the relationship between physiological data and PCl-C score. Third, research the relationship between behavioral data of modified version of Montreal Imaging Pressure Test(m-MIST) and post-traumatic stress disorder scores
After the first three months of the explosion, the rate of somatization symptom of a departmental fire fighters was 22.8% and the rate of PTSD was slightly higher 8.8%. After nine months of the explosion, all the scores (SCL10, CES-D, PCL-C) of the new recruits were significantly higher than those of the veterans. Using the modified version of MIST as a stress source, faced to all the involved fire fighters, do correlation analysis the different stage of heart rate variability with the amount score of PCL-C. The heart rate variability  changing rate between  experimental session and blank session were significantly correlated with  increased arousal factor of PCL-C scale. After the serious explosion, the fire fighters shows a strong psychological recovery ability. the conclusions of the physiological data and behavioral data also supported this view. This study validates the relativity between the frequency domain data of heart rate variability and the score of PTSD symptoms, also shows the distinguishing degree of behavioral indicators among different mental health status groups.
