Abstract

分析了北京食品市场现状和居民食品消费的偏好和特点,走访了典型的北京本地知名食品企业,分析并其经营特点和发展现状,并结合北京地区政治、经济、环境、资源和文化等因素,提出相应的食品企业发展建议。

Other Abstract

This paper analyzed the present situation of Beijing food market and the preferences and characteristics of residents' food consumption. Based on the analysis,investigations were made among the famous local food enterprises,as the typical subjects. Their commonalities in management were summarized. Considering the reality of politics,economy,environment,resources and culture of Beijing, some advises on management and development were gave for the local well-known food enterprises in Beijing city.
