由工业大国向工业强国转变的国家发展战略计划提出要培育工匠精神，敬业乐业和精益求精的工匠精神必须以职业道德为基本依托。职业道德认知、情感、意志和行为四个心理要素相互作用、相互制约，共同构成一个动态职业道德心理系统。工匠人有其特定的职业道德认知、情感、意志和行为，主要通过平衡机制、冲突机制和调节机制来维持职业道德心理系统的平衡。与普通手工业劳动者相比，工匠人职业道德的心理运行机制主要以正向的平衡机制和改变错误职业道德行为的调节机制为主。因此，工匠精神的职业道德养成中要培养高度的职业认同和坚定的职业信念，注重敬畏的职业情感和坚忍意志等非智力因素的培养，良好的社会环境有利于现代工匠精神生根发芽。

The national development strategy of China from industrial country into industrial power proposes the cultivation of the spirit of craftsman, and the professional dedication and striving for perfection of craftsman spirit is based on vocational morality. The cognition, emotion, will and behavior of vocational morality interact and balance with each other in the dynamic psychological system. The craftsman has specific cognition, emotion, will and behavior of vocational morality, and tries to maintain the balance of vocational morality system mainly through balance mechanism, conflict mechanism and regulation mechanism. Compared with the handicraft common workers, the main function mechanisms of the craftsman are mainly consisted of positive balance mechanism and regulation mechanism of correcting wrong vocational morality behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a strong vocation identity and vocation belief, and pay attention to the cultivation of non-intelligence factors such as the vocational emotion respecting the occupation and vocational will of perseverance and so on. In addition, to construct a favorable social environment benefits the development of the spirit of modern craftsman.
