摘要	对北京市食品营养健康产业发展历程以及现状进行了总结,包括产业生命周期、产业供给分析和需求分析。剖析了产业发展面临的问题,如资源环境的限制、本地企业发展方式的不足、基础研究匮乏、营养健康教育欠缺、媒体宣传缺乏针对性等。在此基础上提出了北京食品营养健康产业发展的建议,涵盖优化产业结构、创新商业模式、提升北京本地品牌优势和加速食品营养健康高新科技产业园区建设等。
其他摘要	This paper summarized the development history and present situation of Beijing food nutrition and health industry, including the analysis of the life cycle, supply side and demand side. And some problems are found such as resources and environment constraints, disadvantages of local enterprises, the lack of basic research, the lack of nutrition and health education, and ignoring of targeted publication by the media. Based on the analysis, some suggestions are provided like the optimization of the industrial structure, business model innovation, enhancing of the Beijing local brands, and accelerating of the construction of food nutrition and health high-tech industrial park.
