Abstract

    目的:探讨国企员工的工作一家庭平衡与抑郁状况之间的关系。方法:对某大型国企4个部门259名基层员工进行4个月的追踪研究,采用工作一家庭平衡量表(WFBS)、病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ})测查员工的工作一家庭平衡与抑郁状况,并对二者的关系进行交叉滞后分析。结果:WFBS与PHQ一基线(T1}  4月(T2}测得分均呈负相关(r= -0. 12 } -0.22,均P<0.05)。交叉滞后分析结果表明,员工T1工作一家庭平衡对T2抑郁状况的预测作用无统计学意义(,(} = 0. 04 ,  P  > 0. OS ),而员工T1抑郁状况可以负向预测T2工作一家庭平衡中_ -0.13,  P<0.05)。结论:国企员工的工作一家庭平衡与抑郁状况关系密切,其抑郁状况可以预测未来的工作一家庭平衡。

Other Abstract

    Objective: To investigate the relationship between employees'work-family balance(WFB) and depression. Methods: Totally 259 employees from 4 departments in a petrochemical enterprise were assessed with the Work-Family Balance Scale(WFBS)  and Patient Health Questionnaire、一(PHQ一9)and were conducted a 4-months follow-up study via cross-lagged regression. Results: There were significantly negative correlation between the scores of WFBS and PHQ-9(r=0. 12--0. 22,P.s<0. OS) . Cross-lagged regression revealed that WFBS score at time 1 was not a predictor of PHQ一at time 2 (,B=0.04,P>0.05) ,and PHQ-9 core at time 1 was a negative predictor of WFBS score at time 2(B=0.13 ,P<0. OS) . Conclusion: There may he a close relationship between work-family balance and depression,and depression could predict work-family balance among employees in orgamzatron.
