    目的 了解大学生生活规律性与自我损耗的关系，并探讨习惯性行为的中介作用方法 于 2015 年11 月，采用方便抽样法在北京市中国人民大学 中央财经大学选取本科生435 例进行问卷调查 问卷内容包括自我调节疲劳量表中文版 自编大学生周末生活行为问卷 生活规律性自评量表，分别反映大学生的自我损耗程度 行为习惯性强度 生活规律性强度 共发放问卷435 份，有效回收430 份，问卷有效回收率为98. 9% 结果 大学生的自我损耗 生活规律性 习惯性行为得分分别为 ( 45. 8 ± 5. 3) ( 7. 0 ± 1. 8) ( 30. 9 ± 4. 2) 分 女生的生活规律性得分高于男生，大三学生的习惯性行为得分高于大二学生，差异有统计学意义 ( P ＜ 0. 05) Pearson 相关分析结果显示，自我损耗得分与生活规律性得分呈线性负相关 ( P ＜ 0. 05) ，生活规律性得分与习惯性行为得分呈线性正相关 ( P ＜ 0. 05) ，习惯性行为得分与自我损耗得分呈线性负相关 ( P ＜ 0. 05) 中介效应分析结果显示，生活规律性得分是自我损耗得分的预测变量 ( = － 0. 323，P ＜ 0. 01) ; 生活规律性得分可以正向影响习惯性行为得分 ( = 0. 348，P ＜ 0. 01) ; 当生活规律性得分 习惯性行为得分介入模型时，习惯性行为得分对自我损耗得分有负向预测作用 ( 值分别为 － 0. 278－ 0. 136，P ＜ 0. 01) 习惯性行为得分的中介效应量占总效应量的 13. 8%，习惯性行为得分起部分中介作用 结论
生活规律性越强的大学生自我损耗越少; 生活越规律，执行习惯性行为的强度越高，习惯性行为在生活规律性和自我损耗之间起部分中介作用。

    Objective The study aims to examine the relationship between lifestyle regularity and ego-depletion among college students, and to verify the mediating role of habitual behavior between them. Methods  Four hundred and thirty-five college students were selected from Renmin University of China and Central University of Finance and Economic、by convenienc;e sampling in November 2015. They were surveyed by the Chinese version of the Self一Regulatory Fatigue Scale College Students'Weekend Life Behavior Questionnaire and Self一rating Lifestyle Regularity Scale for investigating the degree of ego一depletion  degree of habitual behavior and level of lifestyle regularity. The survey achieved a response rate of 98.9% (430 /435)  . Results   The scores for the degree of ego一depletion  level of lifestyle regularity and degree of habitual behavior were (45. 8士5. 3)(7. 0士1. 8)  (30.9士4. 2) respectively in the participants. Female students had higher scores for level of lifestyle regularity than male students(P<0. OS)The scores for the degree of habitual behavior were higher in juniors than in sophomores  (P<0. OS)  . Pearson's correlation analysis found that  there was a significant negative linear correlation between lifestyle regularity and ego一depletion (P<0. 05 )，a significant positive linear correlation between habitual behavior and lifestyle regularity  (P<0. 05)，and a significant negative linear correlation between habitual behavior and ego一depletion (P<0. 05) The analysis about the mediator elfec;t  showed  that lifestyle  regularity  was  the  predictive  variable of ego一depletion(B=-0. 323，P<0.01) and it inlluenc;ed the habitual behavior positively  (B=0. 348，P<0. 01)  . When the habitual behavior was involved in the mediating model the lifestyle regulanity and habitual behavior inlluenc;ed the ego一depletion negatively(B values are一0. 278 and一0. 136,  P<0. 01)  . The mediating effect accounted for 13.8% of the total effect,  habitual behavior had a significant partial mediating elfect on the relationship between lifestyle regularity and ego一depletion. Conclusion  Students with better lifestyle regularity may have higher degree of habitual behavior and less ego一depletion consumption, in which habitual behavior plays a partial mediating elfect.
