摘要	目的了解武警部队士兵与学员对SARS事件的认知及心理反应。方法采用《全国民众非典调查》问卷 ,对SARS高发疫区的 80 0名武警士兵和学员进行测试。结果新增死亡人数及治愈人数的信息对士兵和学员均有影响 ,对学员的影响比士兵大。士兵与学员对SARS信息都有一定程度的了解 ,对SARS信息的熟悉程度士兵明显高于学员 ,其控制感也高于学员。因而 ,士兵比学员的安全感强 ,无助感弱 (P <0 .0 1)。流行末期的心理状态调查显示 ,SARS对士兵与学员的心理影响不大 ,学员的心理适应要好于士兵 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论不同人群对相同信息的社会认知有所不同 ,产生的心理反应也有所不同 ,因此实施有效的心理干预还要因人而异。

附注	To study the social perception and psychological reaction to SARS in some soldiers and students of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces. Method: Eight hundred soldiers and students from the Forces in the epidemic area were surveyed with Questionnaire for the Chinese public about SARS. Results: The information of death and recovery had a greater impact on the soldiers than the students. The information about SARS were known well by both of them, but the familiarity of the information and the controllability was significant ly higher in soldiers than in students. Thus, the soldiers felt more secure and less helpless than the students did (P<0.01) .The investigation of mental status for the last week showed that SARS had little impact on them. The students adjusted themselves to the situation more easily than the soldiers. (P < 0. 05) Conclusion: Different group of the people had different social perception on the same information and took different responses to the same stimulus. So, the effective intervention for the mental health should be varied with the people.
