Abstract	杏仁核在对环境威胁的过度防御、恐惧习得有着重要作用。基于以杏仁核为中心的恐惧模型认为,发展为创伤后应激障碍(posttraumatic stress disorder,PTSD)的重要因素之一在于杏仁核的活动增强。本研究选取66名2008年汶川地震的幸存者进行研究,33名创伤后应激障碍患者(PTSD),33名为创伤暴露对照组(control)。分别以左、右两侧杏仁核为种子点,与全脑体素进行功能连接
