| Abstract | 为提高中国的创新能力,国家出台了一系列人才引进计划。这些人才回国后,需要组建自己的实验室开展科学研究,因而面临着维护国外社会网络与新建国内社会网络的挑战。因此,探讨社会网络如何影响这些人的知识创造,很有必要。本研究探讨入选者的科研合作网络特征如何影响其入选后的知识创造水平。 |
