摘要 | The quality of teaching performance is a primary index for the assessment of high-grade education in China and/or in other countries of the world. As a new type of high-grade educational institutions in China, independent colleges have been confronting many difficulties and blocks in practice, which greatly affects the teaching quality of the independent colleges. By analyzing the teaching-evaluation process of our college in recent years, the author pointed out the existing deficiencies in the performance assessment for independent college teachers and suggested countermeasures to the problems. |
