附注	Objective: To observe the responses of neuroendocrine and emotion during affective picture experimentally induced negative and positive affective states in healthy female college students. Methods: To examine whether the unpleasant, neutral and pleasant pictures affected neuroendocrine and emotion responses,by compareding the effects of picture stimuli on emotion, blood pressure, heart rate and salivary cortisol were observed. Results: Pleasant and unpleasant pictures induced positive and negative emotion. It was found that unpleasant stimuli elicited significant increases（P<0.05） changes in the levels of systolic[（101.05±8.43/104.37±9.16）mm Hg],diastolic subjective arousal, affective state, blood pressure（62.88±8.78/66.11±9.16） and salivary cortisol[（3.052±1.701/3.867±1.919）μg/L];pleasant pictures induced significant decrease（P<0.05）in the level of systolic blood pressure[（97.62±9.41/93.78±8.45）mm Hg] and heart rate（76.35±9.11/73.02±9.45）.Conclusion: The pictures of IAPS induce positive and negative emotion. Pleasant and unpleasant pictures elicite different neuroendocrine changes.
