To explore the relationship between parental psychological flexibility of father and mother and parent-child attachment in preschool children. Methods: Totally 258 parents ( 129 couples) of preschool children ( 2 － 7 years) were recruited through WeChat in Beijing to participate in this study. The Parental Psychological Flexibility Questionnaire was used to measure the parental psychological flexibility of fathers and mothers，and the child attachment relationship scale was used to measure the father-child attachment and the mother-child attachment. Ｒesults: Linear regression analysis found that fathers＇commitment action scores were positively correlated with father-child safety attachment scores ( β = 0. 34，P ＜ 0. 001) . The scores of fathers＇ cognitive defusion were negatively correlated with the score of father-child ambivalently attachment ( β = － 0. 23，P ＜ 0. 01) . Fathers＇cognitive defusion，commitment action，acceptance scores were negatively correlated with father-child avoidance of disor- dered attachment ( β = － 0. 20， － 0. 32， － 0. 21，Ps ＜ 0. 05) . Mothers＇ cognitive defusion，commitment action scores were negatively correlated with the scores of mother-child ambivalently attachment ( β = － 0. 27， － 0. 24，Ps＜ 0. 05) . Mothers＇ commitment action scores were negatively correlated with the scores of mother-child avoidance of disordered attachment ( β = － 0. 34，P ＜ 0. 001) . Conclusion: It suggests that the higher the parental psychological flexibility of father，the higher the father-child safety attachment of the preschool children，the lower the ambivalently attachment and the avoidance of disorder attachment. The higher the parental psychological flexibility of mother，the less the mother-child ambivalently attachment and the avoidance of disorder attachment of the preschool children.
