18-25岁，既不是青春期，也不是成年期，而是一段仍在探索角色意识的徘徊时期。心理学家阿奈特把它定义为始成年期(Emerging AdLrltllood)，这是介于肯春后期与成年期的一个阶段，只是尚未步入社会、担起婚恋、工作、生活等方面的任务，尚未明确未来定向的探索成长期。

始成年期除了抑郁焦虑等情绪问题外，最困惑的问题是这个阶段的亲密关系，本论文的研究目的是考察友谊质量在依恋对抑郁、社交孤独的影响中的中介作用，并检验是否恋爱对该中介模型的调节作用。方法是采用亲密关系量表、友谊质量问卷、流调中心抑郁量表和孤独感量表对693名女大学生施测。结果表明:<1)友谊质量安全在依恋回避与抑郁(95%CI[-.060，-.004].、孤独感(95%CI[-.093，-.005]的关系中起到中介作用。(2)是否恋爱对依恋回避和抑郁具有明显的调节作用(β=0. 12, P<0. 05) ,对’依恋回避和孤独感也具有明显的调节作用(β =0. 13, P<0. 05 )，恋爱加剧了依恋回避高的女生的抑郁和孤独感水平。(3)是否恋爱私{依恋回避的交互项通过朋友质量(安全)对抑郁的调节作用显著(95%CI[-.060，-.004])，同时其对孤独感的调节作用也显著C95%CI[-.093-. 005] )，因而有调节的中介模型成立。结论:(1)始成年期女性高依恋回避和焦虑会降低友谊质量，_巨正向预测抑郁水平和孤独感。(2)友谊质量可以中介依恋对抑郁、孤独感的影响。(3)与非恋爱的个体相比，恋爱的个体友谊质量的中介作用降低。

Psychologist Arnett defines the 18-25 years old as Emerging Adulthood,which is also a transition period. Emerging Adults still wander in exploring the role consciousness personal future ,and haven't completely taken the responsibility of the adult world. For emerging adults,most important things still keep uncertain, such as love, career,and so on.

the emotional problems such as depression ,the mast confusing problem is the romantic relationship for emefging adults.Based on this, our study is aim to probe if the friendship quality playa mediating role between the attachment and mental health, and how love status effect on the mediation. This study used Experiences of Close Relationship Scale, Friendship Quality scale,CES depression scale and short version of UCIA. were administered to 693 female emerging adults. Results: (1) Friendship security takes a mediating role between the attachment

avoidance and depression (95%CI[-.060，-.004]), as well as social isolation (95%CI[-.093，-.005]) among female emerging adults. (2) love status moderates the relationship between attachment avoidance and depression(β=0.12, P<0.05) ,as well as the social isolation(β=0.13, P<0.05),falling in love makes the high attchment avoidance females get more serious depression and the social isolation problem. (3) The interaction term between love status and attachment avoidance through the friendship security for moderatesdepression(95%CI[-.060,-.004]),as well as the social isolation (95%CI[-.093一.005]),Therefore,the moderate ofinediation model is established.

Conclusion. (1) Female emerging adults with high attachment avoidance and anxiety had lower friendship quality and more serious mental health problem. (2)Friendship quality took a mediating role between the romantic attaclument and mental health among female emerging adults.(3) The mediation effect was smaller for non-dating females compared with dating females.
