Abstract

目的:探讨企业员工美德与主观幸福感的关系及工作投入在其关系间的中介效应。方法:通过网络问卷调查平台,针对两家高新科技和贸易企业抽样选取了423名企业员工(年龄20-56岁),采用中文美德问卷(CVQ)测量其美德水平,工作投入量表(UWES)测量工作投入程度,幸福感指数(工WB)测量主观幸福感水平。运用Bootstrap法检验工作投入在美德与主观幸福感之间的中介效应。结果:亲和力、生命力与意志力三大类美德均与工作投入呈显著正相关(γ=0. 46,0.48, 0.40,均P< 0. 01),亲和力、生命力、意志力美德均与幸福感指数呈显著正相关(r=0.43, 0.45, 0.32,均P< 0. 01),工作投入与幸福感指数呈显著正相关(r=0. 54, P< 0. 0 1 )。工作投入、生命力和亲和力均对幸福感指数有正向预测作用(β=0.39, 0.17, 0.13,均P< 0. 01),共解释幸福感指数34. 5%的变异量。生命力、亲和力均对工作投入有正向预测作用(β=0. 31, 0. 25,均P< 0. 001),共解释工作投入26%的变异量。工作投入在生命力与幸福感指数之间起部分中介效应(中介效应为0. 121, 95%可信区间为0.066-0.176, P<0. 001),工作投入在亲和力与幸福感指数之间起部分中介效应(中介效应为0. 097, 95%可信区间为0. 044^0. 151, P<0. 001)。结论:亲和力和生命力美德均对主观幸福感有正向预测作用,工作投入在生命力美德与企业员工主观幸福感以及亲和力美德与企业员工主观幸福感之间均起中介作用。

Other Abstract

Objective: To explore the relationship of virtues and subjective well-being, and examine the mediating effect of work engagement on the relationship between virtues and subjective well.being in Chinese employeese. Methods: 423 Chinese employees aged 20 to 56 years old completed the survey of the Chinese Virtues Questionnaire (CVQ), the Utrecht Wlork Engagement Scale (IJWES) and the Index of Well-being (IWB), and the mediating effect was analyzed by bootstrap method.

Result. The scores of CVQ were positively correlated with the scores of IWB (γ=0.46, 0.40, 0.40; Ps<0.01)and UWES (γ=0.43, 0.45, 0.32, Ps<0.01), and the scores of UWES were positively correlated with the scores of IWB (γ=0.54, P< 0.01).The scores of work engagernent, vitality and relationship virtues predicted the scores of IWB(β=0.39, 0.17, 0.13;Ps<0.01), and explained approximately 34.5% of the variance of IWB. The scores of vitality and relationship virtues predicted the scores of UWES(β=0.31,0.25;;Ps<0.001), and explained approximately 26% of the variance of UWES. The work engagement had partly mediation effect on the relationships between vitality virtues and IWB, and the mediation effect were 0.121 (95%CI: 0.066-0.176, P<0.001).The work engagement also had partly mediating effects on the relationships between relationship virtues and IWB, and the mediating effect were 0.097 (95%CI: 0.044-0.151,P< 0.001)。COnclusion :It suggests that vitality and relationship virtues can predicted IWB positively, work engagement mediate the relationships between relationship virtues and subjective well-being, and also mediate the relationships between relationship virtues and subjective well-being in Chinese employees.
