公安民警是一个特殊的职业群体，具有高应激性、高对抗性和高危险性的职业特点，工作压力较大，身心健康受到严重影响，直接影响到公安队伍的工作效率和战斗力。本课题旨在建立公安民警的个性化测评与干预的网络体系，实现公安民警心身健康的评估和自助调节，维护和提高其心身健康水平。

首先，我们建立了公安民警的个性化测评体系。

(1)我们在江西省、新疆阿克苏地区公安民警心身健康调查的基础上，以某市公安民警为研究对象，考察了民警心身健康、人格特征和应对方式的关系，结果发现健康人数比例只有8.6%(全国10%)9’疑似疾病为30.5%(全国29% ) ，亚健康为60.9%(全国61%);在亚健康、躯体症状、消极情绪、认知、行为和社会适应上均差于全国常模水平;公安民警的人格特征、应对方式各维度对心身健康有一定程度的预测作用;亚健康的保健因素有解决问题、求助、外向、宜人、严谨、对世界和经验的认识开放程度高;亚健康的危险因素是自责、幻想、退避、合理化、情绪不稳定等。

（2)个性化测评体系以公安民警的心身健康评估为核心，同时评估其性格特征、应对方式特征、社会支持等;还根据心身健康的七个层面存在的问题，通过量表或问卷进一步评估心身健康的问题表现。最终形成的测评报告包含:身心健康状况、影响因素、心身健康的保健因素、身心健康的危险因素、心理特征以及改进方向。

其次，我们建立了公安民警的个性化网络干预体系。该体系的设计主要依据个性化测评的结果，以职业健康心理学、积极心理学、音乐治疗等相关的知识和理念为理论基础，针对存在的心身健康问题，为每名民警提供科学的、针对性的干预建议。干预建议的方面包含情绪、自我、认知、行为、工作压力、家庭、人际关系、人格完善、应对方式训练等。

公安民警的个性化测评与干预的网络体系设计已经完成，其效果还需要通过公安民警的使用来验证，也将在他们的使用中不断升级和完善。

Police is a special professional group, with high stress, high antagonism and high-risk. Their physical and mental health severely affected, and it directly affects the work efficiency and combat effectiveness of the police team. This project aims to build the network system of police personalized assessment and intervention, achieve physical and mental health assessment and self-regulation, maintaining and improving the police' physical and mental health.

Based of psychosomatic health survey in Jiangxi province and Aksu in Xinjiang, taking the policemen in XXX city as the research object, we examined the police psychosomatic health, the relationship between personality traits and coping styles. The results showed that healthy proportion of XXX police was only 8.6% (10% in Chinese professional group), suspected disease was 30.5% (29% in Chinese professional group), sub-health was 60.9% (61 % in Chinese professional group). In the sub-health, physical symptom, negative emotion, cognition, behavior and social adaptation are poor in norm level. Police personality, coping styles of each dimension has a certain degree of prediction effect to psychosomatic health. Sub-health of hygiene factors are to solving the problem, helping, the outgoing, pleasant, rigorous, high degree of open to the understanding of the world and experience. Sub-health of risk factors are self accusation, fantasy, retreat and rationalization, emotional instability, etc.

The key of personalized assessment system was the public security police's psychosomatic health assessment, at the same time we assessed the policemen' personality traits, coping styles, social support, etc. Also based on the problems existing in the course of seven aspects of psychosomatic health, we evaluated the problem of psychosomatic health through the scale or questionnaire. Eventually form the evaluation report contains: physical and mental health, influencing factors and psychosomatic health care factors, risk factors for mental and physical health, psychological characteristics and improvement direction.

Secondly, we set up the public security police intervention of personalized network system. Main design of the system was based on personalized assessment results, occupational health psychology, positive psychology, music therapy, and in view of the psychosomatic health problems existing, we provided targeted interventions for each user. Intervention Suggestions include emotion, self, working pressure, family, relationships, perfect personality, way for training, etc.

Security forces of personalized assessment and intervention of network system design has been completed, the effect also needs to verify by the use of police officers. It will also continuously upgrade and improve in their use.
