研究的目的:探究座疮患者D型人格与心理健康的关系，并尝试发现D型人格影响心理健康的机制，即身体意象的中介作用，心理韧性对身体意象在D型人格与心理健康间中介作用中的调节作用。

方法:选择北京市某三甲医院皮肤科门诊392名座疮患者，采用D型人格量表、身体意象量表、情绪量表、心理韧性量表、抑郁量表、焦虑量表和人际敏感量表来测量座疮患者的D型人格、身体意象、心理韧性和心理健康水平。

结果:

(1)座疮患者的D型人格与心理健康呈负相关，身体意象与心理健康呈负相关。

(2)身体意象在D型人格与消极情绪、抑郁和人际敏感间有中介效应。

(3)心理韧性在座疮患者的身体意象与消极情绪、抑郁间具有调节作用。

结论:D型人格是影响座疮患者心理健康的危险因素;D型人格通过身体意象影响心理健康，心理韧性是心理健康的保护因素。

Background

This study aims to research on the relationship between Type D personality and mental health in patients with acne, and try to find the Type D personality how to affect the mental health, which is the mediating effect of body image. The validation of resilience can play the role of the regulating effect of mediation between Type D personality and mental health.

Method

Convenience sampling method was used to recruited 392 acne patients from the Department of Dermatology in a Three-A hospital in Beijing. The type D personality, body image, resilience and mental health status were examined by Type D Scale, Body Image Scale (BIS), Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale, (PANAS), Resilience Scale,PHQ-9，Anxiety Scale and Interpersonal sensitivity Scale.

results

(1) Type D personality patients had a negative correlation with mental health；body image had a negative correlation with mental health.(2) body image can mediate the relationship between Type D personality and negative emotions, depression, interpersonal sensitivity in acne patients. (3) The regulation of resilience worked between body image and mental health in the Type D personality patients.

Conclusion

Type D personality are the risk factors affecting mental health of patients with acne, Type D personality have an affect on mental health by the body image, resilience is the protective factor of mental health.
