Abstract | 本文分两个部分。第一部分通过一个眼动实验考察了汉语阅读中韵律信息的作用。结果发现:1以逗号标示的韵律边界影响句法分析。当韵律边界与句法边界一致时,逗号的存在促进了韵律信息与句法信息的整合加工。当两者发生冲突时,整合难度增加;2汉语阅读中存在韵律边界的作用,这种作用体现在对句法分析的影响上;3实验结果支持内隐韵律假设。 第二部分通过采用ERP方法,结合源定位分析技术(LORETA),通过三个实验考察了汉语声调、语调早期前注意加工的脑机制。结果发现:1声调和语调的早期加工存在不同的特点;2声调和语调在早期的前注意加工中都能够被感知,声调的早期辨别加工比语调更容易;3语调信息整合的时一间窗口影响语调加工的大脑激活强度;4大脑对声调、语调的早期加工中不仅对口语韵律信息,也对相应的非言语声音做出反应; 5 声调、语调的早期加工发生在大脑的右半球,符合声音假设。 |
Other Abstract | This paper comprised of two parts. The first part explored the influence of prosodic boundaries on syntactic processing during silent reading in Chinese. The results showed that: 1 prosodic boundaries marked by commas facilitated word identification in sentence reading. 2 Chinese readers benefited from the coordination of prosodic boundary and syntactic boundary when commas signal the prosodic boundaries correctly. 3 These results are compatible with the implicit prosody hypothesis. The second part addressed the issues of the neural mechanisms for the pre-attentive processing of linguistic pitch patterns. In particular, we used the mismatch negativity (MMN) and a source estimation technique (LORETA) to probe the brain activities underlying the early pre-attentive processing of Mandarin lexical tone and intonation. The results showed that: 1 There exists a distinct neural mechanism for the perception of lexical tone and intonation. 2 The time window of information integration influenced the cortical activation underlying the pre-attentive pr0occssing of intonation. 3 The early pre-attentive processing for pitch patterns, regardless of their linguistic functions (tone vs. intonation), is lateralized to the right hemisphere, and can be modulated not only by speech prosody, but also by their corresponding nonspeech hums. 4 These results arc compatible with the acoustic hypothesis of speech processing. |
