Abstract

“美人技术”是本土化心理学理论“动力沟通”中打造自我金刚结构的核心技术。很多个案研究发现,动力沟通中的“美人技术”能够促进个体的自我和谐以及情绪健康。因此,开展对“美人技术”的心理调节效果的实验室研究有助于为这一本土化理论提供实验证据,并为促进个体的自我和谐、提高国民心理健康水平提供更有效的实用技术。

目的:探究“美人技术”的心理调节效果。

方法:54名大学生,随机分成美人组(19人)、正念组(18人)、中性组(17人)三组。完成焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、生活事件描述、接纳行动量表、自我和谐量表、五因素正念度量表、听录音前后各闭眼休息5分钟、情绪图片效价一唤醒评分、自我和谐量表。

结果:自陈量表测量表明,干预后,美人组在自我和谐量表总分后测得分较前测减少的情况存在好于正念组的倾向(P=0.070);在自我与经验的不和谐维度后测得分较前测减少的情况显著好于正念组护一0.023;在自我的刻板性维度后测得分较前测得分减少的情况存在好于中性组的倾向(P=0.070)。行为学数据表明,在积极图片效价的情绪评价的反应时中,美人组与正念组差异显著(P=0.040),美人技术练习显著延长了情绪判断的反应时间。

脑电上:(1)EEG-a波:干预后,美人组后测左右两侧的a波较前测有微小提高,正念组、中性组均出现下降,均无显著差异(均P > 0.05)。 (2)ERP 1)P300(300-450ms):在效价和唤醒中,美人组与正念组、中性组均无显著差异(均P > 0.05);正念组主要集中在顶枕区等脑区较中性组显著增加(均P<0.05)。 2)晚期正成分LPP(800-2000ms):在消极效价中,美人组在前中区显著高于正念组(P=0.049),美人组在额中央区、中央区较正念组均存在升高的倾向(P=0.056; P=0.057) 。

结论:(1)“美人技术”可以提高个体的自我和谐程度,其主要通过降低自我与经验的不和谐程度和一定程度的自我的刻板性程度来提高。(2)“美人技术”具有放松性警觉的趋势。(3 )“美人技术”练习增加了LPP,其主要体现在对消极图片效价的调节中,可能是通过认知解离进行调节。正念技术增加了P300,主要体现在对图片的效价和唤醒的调节中,可能是通过情绪标注进行调节。

Other Abstract

"BEAUTY" is the most core technology to build the self diamond structure in the theory of Chinese localization psychology "dynamic communication". Many case studies have found that "BEAUTY" in dynamic communication can promote self consistency and congruence and emotional health. Therefore, the laboratory research on the mental regulation effects of "BEAUTY" is helpful to give empirical evidences to dynamic communication theory, and provides more effective and practical technology for promoting self consistency and congruence and improving the level of National Mental Health .

Objective: To explore the mental regulation effects of "BEAUTY".

Methods: 54 college students were randomly assigned to three groups: the beauty training group (19),mindfulness training group (18),and neutral group (17).All of them were required to complete the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), life event description, the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Second Edition (AAQ-II), the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale (SCCS), the Five Facets Mindfulness Scale (FFMQ), and before and after listened to the recording with their eye closed for 5 minutes, and valued the emotional pictures of valence and arouse, and completed the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale (SCCS).

Results: The self-report scale showed that, after intervention, the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale post-test total score of beauty group was lower than pretest total score, and there was a tendency to be better than the mindfulness group (P=0.070). And the discongruence between self and experience dimension post-test scores of beauty group was lower than pretest score, and there was a significantly better than mindfulness group (P=0.023). In addition, the self stereotype dimension post-test score of beauty group was lower than pretest score, and there was a tendency to be better than the neutral group (P=0. 070).

The behavioral data showed that, on the positive valence reaction time, the "BEAUTY" training significantly prolonged the reaction time for emotional judgment than mindfulness training(P=0. 040).

The EEG (electroencephalogram, EEG) and ERP (late positive potential, ERP) data showed that, (1) EEG一a wave: In the post-test, both the right and left sides of the beauty group showed a minor increase in a wave than pretest, while both the mindfulness group and the neutral group showed a decrease, but there was no significant differences among of them (all P>0.05). (2) ERP: 1) P300 (3oo-450ms): For valence and arousal, there were not significant differences between the beauty group and the other two groups (all P>0.05). There was significant differences between the mindfulness group and the neutral group in the parietal occipital area and other area (all P<0.05). 2) LPP (800-2000ms):For negative valence, the beauty group was significantly higher than the mindfulness group in the anterior central area (P<0.05), and the beauty group showed an increased tendency in the frontal central area and central area than the mindfulness group(P=0.056; 0.057).

Conclusion: (1) "BEAUTY" training could improve the degree of self consistency and congruence, and it could be improved mainly by reduced the degree of the congruence between self and experience and reduced a certain extent degree of the self stereotype. (2)"BEAUTY" training could improve the LPP wave, and it was mainly reflected in the regulation of the negative pictures by cognitive dissociation. The mindfulness could improve the P300 wave, and it was mainly reflected in the regulation of the value and arouse by emotion labeling.
