摘要	为了考察医护人员的情绪劳动在情绪智力与医患关系之间的中介作用。采用《情绪智力量表》《情绪劳动量表》和《医患关系量表》对275名医护人员进行调查。结果显示,医护人员的情绪智力、情绪劳动和医患关系三者存在显著正相关。情绪劳动的深层行为对医护人员的医患关系具有显著的正向预测作用。医护人员的情绪劳动在情绪智力与医患关系之间起部分中介作用,因此应关注医护人员的情绪劳动,有利于促进医患关系的良好发展。
其他摘要	To explore the relationship among emotional intelligence,emotional labor and doctor-patient relationship,275 doctors and nurses were investigated by using the"emotional intelligence scale",the"emotional labor scale"and the"scale of relationship between doctors and patients".There were significantly positive correlations between emotional intelligence,emotional labor and doctor-patient relationship.The deep behavior of emotional labor was significantly predicted the relationship between doctors and patients.Emotional labor played an intermediary role between emotional intelligence and doctor-patient relationship.Therefore,emotional labor played an intermediary role between emotional intelligence and doctor-patient relationship.It should pay attention to emotional labor,which is conducive to the sound development of doctor-patient relationship.
