Abstract

目的:了解外资企业员工的拖延水平,探讨经验性回避和心理资本与拖延水平的关系。方法:选取两家外企员工共388名(男198名,女190名),采用纯粹拖延问卷(PPS)、接纳与行动问卷第二版(AAQ-Ⅱ)、心理资本问卷(PCQ)分别测量拖延、经验性回避和心理资本水平。结果:外资企业员工的PPS得分为(25.0±8.9)。逐步回归结果表明,经验性回避得分与拖延得分正向关联(β=0.50,P<0.05)。结论:外资企业员工的经验性回避越高,拖延水平越高;心理资本越高,拖延水平越低。

Other Abstract

To study the procrastination of employees in International Corporation and examine the relation of experiential avoidance and psychological capital to procrastination. Methods: Totally 388 employees from two international corporations were selected for completing a survey. The Pure Procrastination Scale (PPS),Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd Edition (AAQ-II),and Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) were used to assess the level of the procrastination, experiential avoidance and psychological capital. Results: The average score of the employee's procrastination was (25. 0士8. 9) . Stepwise regression showed that AAQ}I scores positively predicated on PPS scores (,Q=0.50, P<0. 001),and PCQ scores negatively predicated on PPS scores (,β=-0.09,P<0.O5). Conclusion: It suggests that the higher the experiential avoidance level of the employees in International Corporation is, the higher their procrastination level is; the higher the psychological level is , the lower their procrastination level is.
