Abstract采用问卷法对179对商场女营业员进行施测,以探索人际相似性对员工间合作行为和工作倦怠的影响。研究结果显示,员工在组织中的任职期限越相近,越不可能产生合作性目标,相互间的合作性行为越少,且感受到的工作倦怠越强烈。合作性目标在员工任职期限的相似性与相互支持行为、工作倦怠之间的关系方面起完全中介作用。
