Abstract核心胜任特征是组织核心竞争力的源泉,是组织独特的、具有竞争优势的各种能力的综合。组织的核心胜任特征理论为组织战略、组织行为与人力资源管理研究开辟了新的视野,引出了许多新的研究课题。在对组织核心胜任特征的概念进行初步分析,简要总结国内外组织核心胜任特征研究情况的基础上,提出对公共组织的核心胜任特征这一课题进行研究,并对研究公共组织核心胜任特征所可能采取的方法进行了讨论。
