Abstract	研究者普遍认为媒体对个体身体意象的发展起着重要作用,然而相关研究在国内并不多见。为此,本文综述了大众媒体和社交媒体对身体意象满意度的研究进展。多数研究表明媒体使用对于青少年的身体意象有着比较负面影响,然而这种影响也因人而异。一些媒体素养水平比较高的个体能够少受媒体对于身体意象的不良影响,但是那些接受“以瘦为美”观念的青少年却容易受到媒体的负面影响。本文还介绍了旨在提高媒体素养水平的身体意象干预项目,并对将来的研究方向提出展望。
