老年残疾人受到身体残疾与衰老两方面的影响，其心理健康状况令人忧虑。本研究使用编制的初始量表，在全国7 个省市共回收有效问卷2469 份，经过项目分析与验证性因素分析，剔除部分题目后得到三因素模型，各项拟合指标理想。修订后的《中国心理健康量表（老年残疾人版）简版》共23 个项目，具有良好的信效度，是科学有效的测量工具。对我国老年残疾人心理健康状况分析后发现，老年残疾人的心理健康存在着人口学差异，男性的心理健康水平显著高于女性，老年残疾人的心理健康水平随年龄增长而下降，多重残疾老年人在心理健康总分及各维度上均得分最低。

Older people with disabilities are affected by physical disability and aging, and their mental health is worrying. In this study, 2469 copies of valid questionnaires were collected in 7 provinces and cities nationwide using the compiled initial inventory. After item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, some questions were removed and a three-factor model was obtained, and the fitting indicators are ideal. The revised“ Chinese Psychological Health Inventory (Elderly Disabled Edition) Short Version” has a total of 23 items with good reliability and validity, and is a scientific and effective measurement tool. After analyzing the mental health status of the elderly disabled people in China, it is found that the mental health of the elderly disabled people has demographic differences. The mental health level of males is significantly higher than that of females. The mental health of elderly disabled people decreases with age, and the elderly disabled people with multiple types of disabilities score the lowest in mental health assessment and other dimensions.
