围绕公共卫生工作的计划免疫、预防接种、从业体检、慢病防治等具体疾控任务,医务人员开展着各自相关的岗位职责任务。网络新时代日趋繁忙与繁重紧迫的疾控公共卫生工作,由包括疾控等医务人员相继合作完成。不管是从技术,还是从人员;不管从业务能力,还是从管理水平;都存在软硬件不足与盲区,亟待加强与提升,需要实施疾控心理服务体系培训、员工职业伦理培训和健康道德教育。

Medical staff carry out their respective duties and tasks around specific disease control tasks such as immunization, vaccination, medical examination and prevention of chronic diseases in public health work. In the new era of internet, the public health work of disease control and prevention is becoming more and more busy and urgent, which is accomplished by the cooperation of medical staff including disease control and prevention. Whether from technology or from personnel, whether from business ability or management level, there are software and hardware deficiencies and blind areas, which need to be strengthened and promoted urgently. It is necessary to implement disease control psychological service system, employee professional ethics training and health ethics education.
