NoteBased on historiometric method, we chose 30 successful Chinese enterprisers’ biographies or autobiographies (include Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) for rating 72 competencies. The results indicated that 10 highest score competencies of Chinese Enterprisers comprise tenacity, decidedly, the ability of catch the opportunity, self -confidence, aggressiveness, strategy and directivity, tactical, revolution, be clever at business, initiative. There are both the same and different point between the competency model...
