摘要	根据历史测量法的原理,选择了30位中国成功企业家的传记,在胜任特征词典中对他们的72条胜任特征进行等级评定。结果发现中国企业家得分最高的前10位胜任特征是坚韧性、果断性、捕捉机遇能力、自信、进取性、战略及方向性、策略性、变革催化、商业头脑、主动性。用历史测量法建构的胜任特征模型与以往使用BEI技术的研究结果有相同,亦有不同。本研究中不同评定者的评定一致性较高,达到了同类研究的要求。说明历史测量法可应用于胜任特征研究,其结果可作为BEI方法的修正和补充。
其他摘要	Based on historiometric method, we chose 30 successful Chinese enterprisers＇ biographies or autobiographies （include Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan） for rating 72 competencies. The results indicated that 10 highest score competencies of Chinese Enterprisers comprise tenacity, decidedly, the ability of catch the opportunity, self-confidence, aggressiveness, strategy and direetivity, tactical, revolution, be clever at business, initiative. There are both the same and different point between the competency models based on historiometry and BEI technique. The rater＇s consistency of this research is as high as required of the kind research. It is concluded that the historiometry can be used for researching competency and can be seen as a correction and complementarity of BEI technique.
