目的编制一个适于测量我国青少年体重控制行为的量表。方法采用自编《青少年体重控制行为量表》对兰州市1 020例高中学生进行调查,年龄为（15.4±0.6）岁。使用体像忧虑问卷、进食障碍症状自评量表、罗森博格自尊量表和抑郁焦虑压力量表作为校标,运用Mann-WhitneyU检验和Spearman相关分析对数据进行分析。结果健康体重控制行为分量表的内部一致性系数为0.77,一个月之后的重测信度为0.62。不健康体重控制行为分量表内部一致性系数为0.67,隔一个月之后的重测信度为0.56。不健康体重控制行为与体像忧虑（rs=0.26,P<0.01）、进食障碍症状（rs=0.40,P<0.01）、自尊（rs=-0.09,P<0.01）及负性情绪（rs=0.20,P<0.01）等心理指标有着密切的关系。结论青少年体重控制行为量表具有较好的信效度,能够用于测查青少年的体重控制行为。

Objective To develop a rating scale suitable to assess adolescent weight control behaviors,and to examine its psychometric properties in China.Methods The Adolescent Weight Control Behavior Scale was administered to 1,020 high school students with an average age of 15.4±0.6 years in Lanzhou.To assess the validity of this scale,the Body Image Concern Inventory,the Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire 6.0,the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale,and the Depression,Anxiety,and Stress Scale-21 were used.The data was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test and the Spearman′s correlation methods.Results The internal consistency coefficient and the test-retest reliability of the healthy weight control behavior subscale was 0.77 and 0.62,respectively.On the other hand,the internal consistency coefficient and the test-retest reliability of the unhealthy weight control behavior subscale was 0.67 and 0.56,respectively.The score of the unhealthy weight control behavior subscale was significantly correlated with body image concern(rs=0.26,P<0.01),eating disorder symptoms(rs=0.40,P<0.01),self-esteem(rs=-0.09,P<0.01),and negative affect(rs=0.20,P<0.01).Conclusion The Adolescent Weight Control Behavior Scale had acceptable reliability and validity,and could be used to assess weight control behaviors in adolescents.
