目的:冲动性在成瘾行为形成发展不同阶段起重要作用,本研究通过比较网络游戏成瘾者与酒精依赖者的冲动特征及其冲动性差异,探索在物质成瘾和行为成瘾过程中冲动行为的共性和差异性特征,为成瘾行为的早期识别和诊断提供一定的依据。方法:本研究采用UPPS-P冲动量表和感觉寻求量表测量冲动特质,延迟折扣任务测量冲动决策,停止-信号任务测量冲动控制,通过Young网络游戏成瘾量表,简明国际精神访谈(The MINI-International Neuropsychiatric Interview,MINI)中的酒精依赖量表,分别评估网络游戏成瘾者(30人)、酒精依赖者(26人)和正常对照人群(36人)的冲动行为特点。结果:(1)网络游戏成瘾者和酒精依赖者在UPPS-P量表的总分(P<0.05,P<0.05)及正性(P<0.05,P<0.01)与负性情绪状态下(P<0.05,P<0.05)的冲动性两个分量表得分显著高于对照组;网络游戏成瘾者和酒精依赖者二者在上述冲动量表得分没有显著差异;网络游戏成瘾者在缺乏预见性(P<0.05)与缺乏毅力(P<0.05)分量表的得分显著高于酒精依赖者;(2)网络游戏成瘾者、酒精依赖者在延迟折扣任务中折扣率没有显著差异;(3)网络游戏成瘾者、酒精依赖者在停止-信号任务中各行为指标没有显著差异。结论:网络游戏成瘾者与酒精依赖者具有较高的冲动特质,在冲动性方面的共同特点是在正性或者负性情绪激发状态下容易表现出冲动行为。差异性表现是网络游戏成瘾者主要表现在缺乏预见性和毅力等方面。

Objective: The impulsivity plays a key role in the development of addiction. The present study aims to identify the common and unique characteristics of impulsive behaviors in alcohol addicts and Internet game addicts for the early detection and intervention of addictive disorders. Methods: Participants:30 Internet game addicts diagnosed by Young Internet Game Addiction Scale，26 alcohol addicts diagnosed by Alcohol dependence scale of MINI in custody and 36 controls are recruited in the present study. UPPS-P and Sensation Seeking Scale are employed to measure impulsive trait，while Delay Discount Task and Stop Signal Task were used to assess impulsive decision and behavior inhibition. Results :(1)For the impulsivity trait test，The Internet game addicts and alcohol addicts got a higher score than the control group both the total score of UPPS-P and the score of sub-scale of Negative Urgency，Positive Urgency. No difference was observed in the impulsivity scores between the alcohol addicts and Internet game addicts;(2) For the impulsive choice test，there is no difference of the performance score among the 3 groups. (3)For the behavior inhibition test，no difference exists among the three groups. Conclusion: Both the alcohol and Internet game addicts share the similar profiles of impulsive behaviors，by showing induction of impulsive behaviors under the negative or positive emotion state. They also have their own features of impulsivity，the Internet addicts show more impulsivity manifested by without considering consequences and in coping with difficulties.
