摘要

Environmental cues during early development can exert transgenerational effects on brain function and behavior through epigenetic regulation. However, the function of histone modifications in mammalian phenotypic inheritance remains largely unknown. Here,we report that gestational choline supplementation(GCS)in maternal mice exerted anxiolytic effects on male offspring across two generations.
