Abstract目的:通过对河南省6个城市823名通信员工的问卷调查,编制通信员工的工作压力源问卷。方法:采用探索性因素分析(N=411)和验证性因素分析(N=412)探讨了通信企业员工工作压力源的内在结构。结果:通信企业员工工作压力源包括5个方面,即工作-家庭冲突、组织结构及氛围、市场应激、个人职业发展和工作负荷。五因素模型在验证性因素分析中得到了较好的验证。结论:本研究所编制的通讯企业员工工作压力源问卷具有较好的信度、效度,符合心理测量学的要求。
