NoteObjective: This research was to test the effect of peer relationship on self-esteem of middle school students. Methods: 5875 middle school students from Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shantou and Kunming were tested,and the method of Structural Equation Modeling was adopted to investigate the effect and the degree of it. Results: The indices of the Structural Equation Model were very good. SEM revealed CMIN/DF=7.694,RMSEA=0.048,and that indexes of GFI,AGFI,NFI,IFI,TLI,CFI were all above 0.90. Friendly relation ...
