| 摘要 | 国家或区域之间的竞争聚焦于人才竞争,有效聚集人才是区域发展战略的核心目标之一。作为人才聚集强势区域典型代表的北京CBD,在产业规划与调整的过程中,影响该区域人才聚集的因素是什么?如何依据区域发展要求进一步优化人才环境,促进人才聚集?本文从文献检索和历史资料分析入手,对北京CBD人才聚集的影响因素和人才环境进行了实证研究,并提出了相关对策建议。 |
