目的:修订中文版连带内化污名量表(Affiliate Stigma Scale,ASS),在中国大陆自闭症患儿父母群体中进行信效度分析。方法:采用中文版连带内化污名量表、抑郁—焦虑—压力量表、生活满意度量表、接纳与行动量表和认知融合问卷对中国特殊儿童评估与干预平台上注册的1625名自闭症患儿父母进行测量,得到有效问卷1400份,间隔三周后使用修订后的ASS量表对199名自闭症患儿父母进行重测。结果:使用探索性因子分析的方法萃取出4个特征值>1的因子,因子累积贡献率60.42%。验证性因子分析数据拟合较好(χ~2/df=4.86,GFI=0.905,NFI=0.873,CFI=0.896,TLI=0.872,IFI=0.869,RMSEA=0.074,SRMR=0.075),支持四因素模型。修订后的ASS量表的Cronbachα系数为0.883,重测信度0.755,且与效标量表呈显著相关(r=0.421-0.496, P<0.001)。结论:中文修订版连带内化污名量表具有良好的信效度,可适用于大陆地区评估自闭症患儿父母的连带内化污名水平。

Objective:To review and revise Chinese version of affiliate stigma scale(ASS)and to analyze the validity and reliability of it in mainland China in the parents of children with ASD.Methods:The 1625 parents of children on the Chinese assessment and intervention platform(ALS OLIFE)were tested with the affiliate stigma scale(ASS),depressionanxiety-stress scale(DASS)and satisfaction with life scale(SWLS),Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Second Edition(AAQ-II)and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ).1400 valid questionnaires were obtained.199 parents of children with ASD were retested using the revised scale at intervals of three weeks.Results:The sample was randomly divided into two half-samples by computer,and four factors(characteristic values>1)were extracted by the exploratory factor analysis of sample(n=700).The cumulative contribution rate was 60.42%.Another sample(n=700)performed confirmatory factor analysis supported the four-factor model and data fitting was well(χ^(2)/df=4.86,GFI=0.905,NFI=0.873,CFI=0.896,TLI=0.872,IFI=0.869,RMSEA=0.074,SRMR=0.075).The Cronbach for the total scale is 0.883.The test-retest reliability for the total scale was 0.755(r=0.421-0.496,P<0.001).Conclusion:The revised Chinese version of the affiliate stigma scale has satisfactory reliability and validity,which can be applied to evaluate the level of affiliate stigma among parents of children with ASD in the mainland.
