目的探讨幼儿入园焦虑与母亲人格特质及焦虑水平的关系。方法通过"幼儿园"和"第一次"作为关键词,搜索到约90万条新浪微博。根据人工筛选获得的幼儿母亲所发布的768条微博。参考《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第5版(DSM-5)的分离焦虑障碍诊断标准评估幼儿入园焦虑程度,利用"文心"中文心理分析系统(TextMind)分析母亲的人格特质和母亲在幼儿入园前后的焦虑水平。结果幼儿入园焦虑程度与母亲在幼儿入园前1个月、入园后1个月和3个月的焦虑水平呈正相关,与母亲的外向性和开放性呈负相关,与母亲的神经质无显著相关关系。结论母亲的外向性和开放性及其在幼儿入园前的焦虑水平,可以预测幼儿入园焦虑的严重程度。未来的研究应探讨在幼儿入园前如何开展对其母亲的干预。

Objective To investigate the relationships between children admission anxiety and mother’ s personality traits and anxiety level.Methods Using "kindergarten" and "the first time" as the keywords, about 900 000 messages from Sina Weibo were searched. A tolal of 768 Weibo messages posted by mothers were selected through manual screening. Textmind According toDSM-5,children’s Admission anxietywas evaluated. The mother’ s anxiety level before and after children entered the kindergarten and personality traits was analyzed using.Results Children admission anxiety was positively correlated with mother’s anxiety at 1 month before, 1 month and 3 months after children entered the kindergarten, was negatively correlated with mother’ s extraversion and openness, and was not significantly correlated with mother’s neuroticism.Conclusion Mother’s extraversion openness,and anxiety level before children entered the kindergarten may be predict the severity of children’ s admission anxiety. Future studies need to investigate how to conduct the intervention to mothers before their children enter kindergarten.
