目的探讨手术室男护士的职业延迟满足水平现状,分析其影响因素,为提高手术室男护士职业延迟满足水平提供理论依据。方法采用问卷法进行调查,使用一般资料调查表、自尊量表、职业认同评定量表和职业延迟满足量表对河北省内256名手术室男护士进行调查。结果手术室男护士职业延迟满足总分为(24.80±4.32)分,自尊水平总分为(30.51±8.21)分,职业认同总分为(114.81±24.09)分;均处于中等以上水平。手术室男护士职业延迟满足水平与其自尊、职业认同水平呈正相关(P<0.01);手术室男护士的职称水平,是否手术室专科护士,月薪酬水平,职业认同和自尊水平是其职业延迟满足水平的影响因素(均P<0.05),共同解释42.8%职业延迟满足水平的变异。结论手术室男护士的职业延迟满足水平处于中等偏上水平,自尊和职业认同对其职业延迟满足水平有正向促进作用,希望护理管理者采取有效措施提高手术室男护士的自尊和职业认同水平,从而提高其职业延迟满足水平,来促进手术室护理的发展。

Objective To explore current status of occupational delay of gratification among male nurses in operating theatre and to investigate the influencing factors hence to provide theoretical basis for improving the satisfaction level in male nurses.Method The questionnaire survey was conducted in the investigation among 256 male nurses in operating theatres in Hebei Province by using general data questionnaire,self-esteem scale,professional identity rating scale and professional delay of satisfaction scale.Results The male nurses in the operating theatres were scored at(24.80±4.32),(30.51±8.21)and(114.81±24.09)in their professional delay,self-esteem and professional identity,respectively.The level of occupational delay of gratification was positively correlated with the self-esteem and occupational identity(P<0.01)of the male nurses.The factors that had impact on the occupational delay of gratification included professional title,working experience in operating room,whether professional nurse of operating room,professional identity,salary and self-esteem.Conclusions The occupational delay of satisfaction among male nurses in operating theatres is at the upper middle level.Self-esteem and professional identity have positive effects on the occupational delay of satisfaction level.Nursing administrators should take effective measures to enhance the occupational delay of satisfaction and promote the development of nursing quality in operating theatres.
