其他摘要 | Resilience refers to an important psychological resource that an individual can adapt to adversity, difficulties, setbacks, pressure or hard work in life. It is also called "resilience" in the face of tragedy or trauma in life. For high school students, they are in puberty, in a state of emotional instability, facing a lot of contradictions every day, and most of them lack the courage and willpower to suppress stress events and overcome difficulties. Therefore, improving the psychological resilience of ordinary high school students has become an urgent issue to be solved in modern mental health education.Based on this, the following two studies were designed. The first study used a questionnaire survey method to explore the relationship among resilience, life satisfaction and academic performance. The Internet was used to distribute the Adolescent Resilience Scale (RSCA) to the students of three high schools in Chaoyang District of Beijing. One year later, the subjects were asked to fill in the Life Satisfaction Scale Applicable to Chinese Adolescent students (CASLSS), and their academic performances were collected. Finally, 321 valid questionnaires were matched(there are 222 senior one students, 44 senior two students and 55 senior three students). Regression analysis showed that resilience could positively predict life satisfaction and academic performance. The second study used cognitive-behavioral group counseling to intervene in the resilience of high school students, and explored the impact of resilience on life satisfaction and academic performance. The subjects were 44 senior high school students in Chaoyang District of Beijing, who were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 22 in each group. The experimental group participated in group counseling for 10 weeks, once a week, 1 hour each time, and once every other week, meanwhile normal teaching implemented in the control group. Before and after the intervention and 2 months after the end of the intervention, all participants participated in the assessments of the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent (RSCA) and the Life Satisfaction Scale Applicable to Chinese Adolescent students (CASLSS), and their academic performance was collected. The results showed that after the intervention, both the post-test and follow-up test of resilience and academic performance in the experimental group were significantly higher than the pretest, and the post-test of life satisfaction was significantly higher than the pretest. The total scores of resilience follow-up test , academic performance post test and follow-up test in the control group were drasticalty lower than those in the pretest, while the differences between resilience and life satisfaction post test and follow-up test were marginal significant, while in other comparisons, there were no great differences. This shows that psychological resilience, life satisfaction and academic performance of high school students can be effectively improved through cognitive-behavioral group counseling. This study explored the relationship among resilience ,life satisfaction and academic performance of high school students, and expanded the results of related research. At the same time, the study explores the feasibility and effectiveness of cognitive behavior group counseling to enhance psychological resilience, which provides a reference for the implementation of resilience intervention in high school students. |
