其他摘要 | China is in a period of rapid economic and social transformation, people's pace of life is obviously accelerated, mental health problems are increasingly prominent.As an effective measure to promote mental health, improving mental health literacy(MHL) has been paid more attention.Mental health literacy level has become the first outcome index of "mental health promotion action" in China. It is of great significance to revise the effective tools for evaluating mental health literacy and explore the connotation structure and mechanism.Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the multicomponent mental health literacy measure-Chinese version in male military personnel and to provide evidences for the application of the measure in China. To explore the internal structure of Mental Health Literacy and influencing factors of mental health literacy and effect mechanism of mental health literacy. Methods We recruited 1106 male military personnel in two cities (Beijing and Tianjin) and two provinces (Hebei and Shandong) province for a mobile phone-based self-administered survey during November-December 2018. The modified multicomponent mental health literacy measure-Chinese version was adopted in the study and the reliability and validity of the instrument were assessed with item analysis, internal consistency coefficient, test-retest reliability, construct validity,convergent validity and discriminant validity. The internal structure of mental health literacy was discussed by the method of second-order factor analysis. Linear regression analysis and Amos structural equation model were used to examine the mediating effect of coping styles on mental health literacy. Results The multicomponent mental health literacy measure-Chinese version contained 22 items, with the items above.20 in relation to the total score. In exploratory factor analysis, the load of each item was between.41 and.83, and the factor distribution of all items was consistent with the original scale.The fitting indexes of the confirmative factor analysis model were acceptable (χ2/df =2.63, GFI=.91, AGFI=.90, SRMR=.05, RMSEA=.06), and the project load was between 31 and.82. The overall Cronbach′s α and test-retest reliability of the measure was .80 and .64; and the Cronbach′s α of the measure′s three domains of knowledge,belief and resources was .76, .71 and .77, respectively, indicating a good reliability. The second-order exploratory factor analysis showed that the components of mental health literacy presented a 3-factor structure, the commonality of 8 variables was between.39~.78, the absolute value of factor loading was between.57~.87, and the cumulative variance interpretation rate was 54.98%. Factor 1 is composed of mental health knowledge and help-seeking resource.Factor 2 is composed of mental health beliefs, stigma and psychological professional help-seeking attitude.Factor 3 consists of mental health literacy of three type illness.The recognition rates of depression, generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder were 40.1%, 43.5% and 34.6%, respectively. The overall level of mental health literacy needs to be improved, and there are significant group differences in mental health literacy level. Linear regression analysis showed that the knowledge of psychological help resources, stigma, attitude of psychological professional help and panic disorder literacy had significant effects on anxiety.Knowledge of psychological help resources, mental health beliefs, stigma and attitude of psychological professional help have significant effects on depression.Structural equation model analysis shows that the mental health literacy for the role of mental health, coping styles of intermediary role model data fitting is good(χ2/df = 4.11, GFI =. 97, NFI =. 93, IFI =. 94, CFI =. 94, TLI =. 91, SRMR =. 049, RMSEA =. 059), the mediation effect of total effect at 65.49%.Conclusion1. The modified multicomponent mental health literacy measure-Chinese version is of good reliability and validity when administered in male military personnel and could be used as an evaluation instrument of mental health literacy for Chinese military personnel.2. The mental health literacy level of military personnel needs to be improved, and there are significant group differences in mental health literacy. 3. The internal structure of mental health literacy can be divided into knowledge, skills and attitudes, among which knowledge includes mental health knowledge and mental help-seeking resource knowledge, attitude includes mental health beliefs, stigma and psychological professional help-seeking attitude, mental health skills refers to the recognition ability of mental illness.4. Mental health literacy has a direct promotion effect on mental health, but the direct promotion effect is limited, in which mental health attitude has a greater direct effect, while the recognition of mental illness has a small direct effect. Through the mediating effect of coping style, mental health literacy promotes mental health, and the mediating effect is greater than the direct one, among which the mediating effect of mental health knowledge and attitude factors is significant.K |
