Abstract通过对两组样本进行问卷调查,重复验证了参与式领导行为对员工满意度的显著预测作用。131份企业员工样本的回归分析显示参与式领导行为能够显著预测员工的工作满意度、薪酬满意度、上级满意度、激励满意度和沟通满意度。对294份普通科研人员样本的回归分析得到相同结果,并且发现绩效高的员工组在参与式领导行为和满意度指标上得分显著高于绩效低的员工组。

NoteHierarchical analysis of the data from 131 employees using questionnaires showed that the participative leadership has the positive effect on employee's job satisfaction,pay satisfaction,supervision satisfaction,rewards satisfaction,and communication satisfaction.The same result was found from the data collected from a research institution with the sample number of 294.Furthermore,the result from this sample showed that there are significant differences of satisfaction degree between different teams with the different performance level.Employees from high performance team showed higher participative leadership appraisal and job satisfaction than others.
